4. Refund Policy & Performance Guarantee

We offer a conditional 14-day money-back guarantee based on the performance of our system.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
  • You must provide evidence that you have made a good-faith effort to implement the "Stride" planning system and the "Context Engineering" documentation system as prescribed in the provided setup guide.
  • You must demonstrate that, despite proper implementation, the system has failed to save you at least one (1) hour of administrative or operational work per day.

If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
